·        CFA charterholders earn 18% more than MBAs without the CFA Charter and

·        CFA charterholders earn 35% more than those without the CFA Charter

·        The CFA Charter expands career opportunities, an opinion shared by 88% of CFA charterholders and 84% of those who do not hold the Charter.

commitment to advance your career? 

CFA Society of Columbus offers a Scholarship Program to provide financial assistance to CFA Candidates for the June 2009 Levels I, II, and III CFA examinations.  Up to ten individuals may be awarded this scholarship which improves CFA Program affordability.

CFA Columbus Scholarship Application

 

Requirements:

  1. Applicant must sign up and pay for the CFA exam prior to submitting scholarship application.  If awarded the society scholarship, you will be reimbursed for all but $225, which is the scholarship fee set by CFA Institute.
  2. The applicant must be a member/affiliate member/student member of the CFA Society of Columbus OR the applicant must pay a $50 processing fee (check payable to CFA Society of Columbus).
  3. The applicant may not receive other financial assistance for the CFA program.
  4. The applicant must sign the scholarship application document committing to “sit for the exam.”
  5. Applicant must send completed application, “commit to sit” document, completed essays, scholarship verification form, and resume to Chris Henneforth by January 15th, 2010.  Send to:
